Kitara Wilson, the Writing Wonder Woman, wrote most of the copy for our website. Kitara listened carefully to our needs and preferences, and using an outline of ideas we wanted expressed, created compelling, interesting and original copy that speaks directly to our potential clients.

Her thorough understanding of business and marketing enabled her to create well written copy that serves as a marketing tool. She was a pleasure to work with, and remarkably prompt to finish the project.

Who is the Writing Wonder Woman?

Even as a young girl in elementary school, Kitara R. Wilson always had a way with words. Loving the rush of pouring her thoughts, feelings and findings onto paper, she would often hand in a 10 page paper on a three page assignment. Her love of writing earned her an honorable mention award in a state-wide essay competition by the time she reached the sixth grade.

After graduating with her Bachelor of Arts degree in Mass Communications, early in her career Kitara held positions in a variety of industries that allowed her to stretch her writing abilities, including Marketing Director for a small doll company, investment relations, and recruitment advertising. She helped a member of a major R&B group perfect his fan newsletter and she even wrote a full-length novel that attracted the interest of a leading New York-based literary agency. She eventually returned to school to earn a Masters of Fine Arts degree in Creative Writing in 2001.

Over time Kitara began expanding the scope of her writing abilities to include press releases, marketing and sales letters, and website copy. During 2001-2003 she put those skills to great use when she and her husband embarked upon franchise ownership. She did all of the writing for the marketing, website and customer communications of the business. Simultaneously, she ventured into her first network marketing business.

After moving on from the franchise venture she returned to the corporate world in the Internal Communications department of a major West Coast retailer. She also became involved in her second direct sales/network marketing business. Like most professionals in this industry, she has experienced both the lows and exhilarating highs that come with the business. Throughout her five-plus year stint in the industry, she has always used her natural gift for writing as a tool and valuable asset in her business.

In today’s society people are bombarded by facts and details on every subject and topic imaginable with the simple click of a mouse button. Much of the information available is stiff and void of personality. It is to the point that searchers are experiencing information overload without a lot of good stuff to choose from. Kitara believes there is a happy medium between valuable information and mind-numbing brain dumps. Her engaging, personal and upbeat style of writing is the bridge that closes the gap between fact and creativity.

In June of 2006 Kitara was fortunate enough to leave her corporate job to be home full-time with her two young children and fully pursue her passions. Today, in addition to nurturing her own direct sales business, Kitara provides strategic writing and communications support to direct sellers and network marketers across the country. She works closely with her clients to take the expertise of their business, product or service and the uniqueness of her writing style to create messages that resonate with the target audience.

Kitara is extremely passionate about the direct sales/network marketing industry and believes it is the best introduction to business ownership and one of the fastest paths to wealth. It is her sincere desire to help others experience phenomenal and exciting growth in their businesses through the power of great content.

Her writing has been published both in print and online, and earlier this year her writing skills played a major role in the deciding factor of her and her husband claiming the 2006 Champion title in the Couples category of the international Body-for-Life Challenge where they beat out over 2000 other couples in their category.
